Can it start automatically when power goes out?
Yes. The ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) detects power loss and starts the generator within 10 seconds. When grid power returns, it switches back and shuts down automatically.
What size generator do I need for my home?
It depends on what you want to backup. A 15kVA unit covers lights, fans, fridge, and TVs. A 30-60kVA unit handles aircon, water heater, and full household load. We provide free site assessments.
How long does installation take?
Typically 1-2 days once the generator is delivered. Electrical wiring and ATS setup take another day. Total turnaround is usually 1-2 weeks from order.
Where is the generator installed?
Common locations: car porch, side passage, or dedicated generator room. The unit needs ventilation and 1m clearance on all sides. We assess the best spot during site survey.
What warranty is included?
12 months comprehensive warranty covering all parts and labour. Extended warranty up to 5 years available. Annual maintenance contracts optional.
